I was introduced to Marie Chantal through my Creative Internship which is currently happening over a 6 month period and completes in September 2025. In this internship I learnt and gained more insight into the world of commercial graphic design in the sphere of retail businesses.

SOCIAL ADS

One of my key roles was creating the digital ads for social platforms, where I retouched and stylised our lifestyle imagery and ecommerce photography to align with the brand image and increase click rate. I also built image holder templates in Photoshop, such as my ‘Pinned Photo’ template

PHOTOSHOOT ASSISTANCE & IMAGERY RETOUCHING

I assisted on photoshoots with set preparation, lighting adjustments throughout the shoot, and artistic creative input. I was also the person to edit all the imagery outcomes from the shoot, including: colour grading, retouching, and lighting effect.

I would also retouch other internal imagery assets, such as styled flat lays and ecommerce product photography that features on websites, publications and socials.

Publications

I was responsible for the creation and adaptations of the company product knowledge books, which are publications to visually showcase each seasons product lines. I also designed and created ‘look books’ for the ‘signature’ product line, displaying the clothing in a way which would entice the buyers.

COMPany trips abroad

I was trusted after only 3 months of my internship to be sent on a solo business trip abroad to Porto, Portugal to meet with a factory, sorting a mishap with shipment of samples for a photoshoot. Through this experience I gained skills in regard to independent travelling and business conducts.
